This chef knife is made from 1095 high carbon steel and feature a Hamon on the blade. The 9 1/4 inch blade is cable of anything in the kitchen you can throw at it. The handle scales are black G10 liners with dyed red myrtle burl scales and carbon fibre pins, and the knife comes with a carry case for safe storage.
