Gyoto style chefs knife made from 1095 high carbon steel with Hamon. the knife is a full tang construction with an octagonal shaped handle. It has black and white G10 liners and and the handle scales are Tasmanian curly Blackwood with G10 pins. The knife comes with a case for safe storage.
